1. About this agreement
This Privacy Agreement explains how JLJWIN collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information when you register, sign in, deposit, withdraw, play games or contact Customer Service. By creating an account you confirm that you have read and agree to this agreement.
2. Who can use JLJWIN
You must be at least 18 years old to register. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, it will be closed.
3. Information we collect
Account details: email address, username, password (stored only in encrypted form) and invite code. Wallet details: the bKash, Nagad, Rocket or other payout accounts you add. Activity: deposits, withdrawals, bets, trades, bonuses, gift codes and referral records. Device and security data: IP address, device type, browser, login times and sign-in history.
4. How we use your information
To open and run your account, process deposits and withdrawals, settle games and trades, apply bonuses, turnover rules and VIP levels, pay referral commissions, answer support requests, and send important account notices.
5. Security and fraud prevention
We use your device and IP information to protect accounts, limit the number of accounts per network, detect duplicate or fraudulent payments, and stop abuse of bonuses. Suspicious activity may lead to a temporary hold or account review.
6. Payment providers
Deposits and withdrawals are handled by third-party payment gateways. We share only the information needed to complete a transaction, such as the amount, order number and payout account. Gateway keys are kept on our servers and are never exposed in your browser.

10. How long we keep data
We keep account and transaction records while your account is open and for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting and fraud-prevention requirements. Chart and session data that is no longer needed is deleted regularly.
11. Your choices and rights
You can view and update your profile, change your password, manage saved wallets, change language and theme, and see your sign-in history. You can ask Customer Service for a copy of your data or to close your account.
12. Changes to this agreement
We may update this agreement from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use JLJWIN after an update means you accept the new version.
